| How
is USA Diet Plans® different than all the other
diets on the market?
Our out-of-the-box approach promotes self-sufficiency
and gives you dignity by helping you feel like you
have a shot at controlling your own outcome in life.
Most diet companies make you purchase processed food
in a box and teach you nothing about food. By contrast,
USA Diet Plans® is a progressive learning system
that takes you through the ranks, awarding you a hypothetical
Black Belt in nutrition, something you take with you
wherever you go. You will obtain the means to shape
your own future -and those of your family, rewarding
everyone with health and longevity.
Our
primary focus relies almost exclusively on the educational
process: Our dietary principles teach you how to eat
for the rest of your life.
Eat
what you feel like. Our system is completely flexible.
Your meals can be customized to your personal food
preferences, calorie level, dietary
framework as well as your level of dicipline.
Our
philosophy is based on a sound set of hormonal nutrition
concepts, an innovative concept that is not yet a
part of the mainstream public.
How is the USA Diet Plans® philosophy

What is the Calorie Model?
The calorie model is simple: Calories in = calories
out. The philosophy:: To lose one pound of fat in
one week, you need to either eat 500 calories less
each day or burn 500 calories extra each day. The
calorie model does not differentiate between proteins,
carbohydrate and fat. Since all these nutrients can
be thrown into the energy fire of the body, all calories
are created equally.
What's wroing with the calorie model?
It's not that it's totally wrong, it just leaves out
a lot of things.
1. The calorie model neglects moment to moment
blood sugar control. Anyone with blood-sugar-control
sensitivities (hypoglycemia, diabetes) know how critical
blood sugar levels are to the moment to moment functioning
of your physical and mental state. The calorie model
actually promotes diabetes (type II) and hypoglycemia.
2. Calorie counting diets fear fat because
fat has 9 calories per gram. This leaves
you hungry, feeling deprived and mal nourished.
3. Calorie counting diets are part of the
reductionistic, or mechanistic worldview that views
your body as a cheap peice of cartisian machinary
that burns whatever you throw into it. Since
proteins, carbohydrates and fats are all burned in
the "energy fire" of the body, all calories
are created equally. Basically, the calorie model
envisions all nutrients being shoveled into the energy
fire of they body, USA Diet Plans® can tell you
what goes into the shovel. Your muscle cells can burn
carbohydrates or fat, what they burn depends on the
hormonal state of the body. Calorie counting diets
place your body in the carbohydrate burning mode.
Most people would rather have their muscle cells burn
fat.
4. If the calorie model was correct,
you would have to walk for 90 minutes to burn off
1 ounce of cheese. You better hope the calorie model
is wrong!
How could so many people be wrong? It's
a socially programmed hypnosis. Many established countries
such as Zanzibar exploit superstitious beliefs to
evoke feelings of terror among the people for political
gain. The model of calorie counting is an electoral
tool, not for votes, but for money.
How could so many professionals be wrong?
Kids usually enter college to become a nutritionist
or personal trainer in the 13th grade, straight out
of high school.
How could so many college professors be wrong?
College teachers get jobs based on seniority
and the textbook they read must always fit within
the institutional framework. Physisists can't agree
on the nature of reality, there are many theories
on nutrition as well. If a college professor doesn't
comply to the establishment, possibly their career
wouldn't go so well.
Why wouldn't a diet company in American change it's
ways if there was a better way? It's not
that they won't change, they can't change. The major
corporate diet companies in America produce both your
dietary recommendations along with the processed food
products they make you buy. Both must agree. For example,
the most popular diet company in America also manufactures
1,300 processed food products under the same corporate
umbrella. It would be the same thing if I owned two
companies, a cheese doodle diet and a cheese doodle
factory. Would you trust me?
