Are
you a fat burning machine? By

The data to the left means
nothing to me. The real question is what kind of calories
are you burning? Your body can burn protein, carbohydrate
or fat during exercise. The type of nutrients you burn
depends on the type of activity, the intensity, duration,
and most mportantly... your diet. For example, if you
eat a fat free muffin before you exercise, you will burn
the fat free muffin while exercising. If you haven’t
eaten anything all day and go to the gym, nearly half
of all the calories expended will come from breaking down
your own muscles.
80% of the results you
get from working out at the gym is derived from what you
do in the kitchen. As a personal trainer/nutritionist
I always make sure my clients are eating correctly -otherwise,
what’s the point exercising a weak body?
To strengthen your body and to turn yourself into a fat
burning machine, food is the most important factor to
consider. Food controls your hormones which are the traffic
controllers that determine which nutrients (protein, carbohydrates
or fats) get thrown into the energy fire of the body.
The contractile components of your muscles will literally
be dismantled and cellular mitochondria within muscles
will be severely degraded.
Are you a fat burning machine? This is a question you
have to ask yourself every time you eat. Each meal holds
the power. Each meal is a key that determines how satisfied
you feel after eating, and most importantly, what your
fat cells are doing –are they storing or releasing
fat? When people follow my patented eating and exercise
system, they get the best of both worlds, their metabolism
skyrockets and they lose body fat simultaneously. Fat
is released, muscle cells burn fat for energy and your
carbohydrates are enjoyed by your nervous system. It becomes
a wonderful journey physically and spiritually.
