Nutritionist by trade with over 10 years of hands-on
experience (since 1997) specializing in diet food
preparation and portion control. As a dietician-in-training
I’ve served hospital food based on the governments
substandards and as a Zone Diet Instructor I helped

am a one man company. I
do not have a secretary or customer service reps. All
the information you see comes directly from me. I am the
writer, editor, web designer and I self-publish my manuals
and food charts. This is very different from what you
get from from the massive corporate diet companies of
America. I
know more about nutrition than any of the phone representatives
that work for Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutra-system,
Atkins, and Zone Diet combined.

Diets are usually named after someone’s last name
(Atkin's Diet, Ornish Diet) or after a trendy city (South
Beach Diet, Hollywood Diet). Should a diet ever have a
catchy name or a flashy logo? I mean, you are not eating
