Position
1: Lay flat on the ground
face down with your hands out
like a "T".
Postition 2:
Reach up and try to touch your
right foot to your left hand.
If you can't touch your hand at
first, try to go further and further
each time. Alternate back and
forth touching your right foot
to your left hand and your left
foot to your right hand. This
exercise is great for the lower
back and buttocks. The scorpion
feels great after you are done
because of how it twists and wrings
out your torso.
