with Dumbbells
Position 1: Grab two dumbbells
and get into the push up position. Make
sure your back is straight. Do not stick
your butt in the air.
Postition 2: While keeping
your body as stable as possible pull one
dumbbell up to your body. If you have
trouble at first, slightly lift your opposite
leg up in the air to find the proper weight
distribution.
Integrate both movements to perform
a renegade push up to row.
