Exercise: ABC V-up By John Erickson

The
ABC V-up is an excellent abdominal exercise that can also be
used as part of your warm up routine.
STARTING
POSITION
Lay on your back with your arms
stretched over your head.
MOVEMENT
While keeping your legs and your feet straight, touch your
right hand to your left foot. Most exercises involve opposite
hand to foot relationship because this is the natural walking/running
mechanics of the human body.
REPETITIONS
Alternate back and forth from right to left. Return to the starting
position between each repetition. Each left-right movement equals
one repetition. Beginner: 10 repetitions Intermediate: 15 reps Advanced: 20-25 reps
