about John Erickson

John Erickson is a 40/30/30 Nutritionist with over 13 years of multidisciplinary experience (since 1997) working in the diet industry specializing in diet food preparation and portion control. John's experience in the field is unique and diverse because he was trained in many different styles or methods of eating. After witnessing theoretical conflicts, repression of expression and mafia corruption in the diet industry John responded by developing USA Diet Plans® TO GO and the red, white & blue food combining charts®.

As a nutritionist and personal trainer rolled into one, John holds fitness certifications through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) and TRX® suspension training. John has been featured on 106.1 WBLI radio, the Culinary Experience with Michael Mossolino and he has written for magazines such as New Living and In Style.
