Hello, my name is John Erickson. I am a 40/30/30 Nutritionist by trade with over 10 years of hands-on experience (since 1997) specializing in diet food preparation and portion control. As a dietician-in-training I’ve served hospital food based on the governments substandards and as a Zone Diet Instructor I helped create the popular Zone Diet delivery service.
